30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within that time.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your bracelet is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your bracelet, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
